The Westchester NY area is full of contractors, painters, and construction professionals. Each works hard to sell you their services so they can move on to another project quickly. A fast turn-around-time is often promised, so life can continue somewhat uninterrupted for both parties.
That may work for them, but it isn’t how I do business. I work to build a lasting relationship with my clients. The way I see it is: I need the trust of my clients as much as they need my ongoing services.
I’m Kris Wiktorzak, founder of BP Painting & Carpentry. I am an immigrant from Poland, and I’ve made the true American Dream my reality. I have been in business in the Armonk area since 1989, and my work is well-known in Armonk, Bedford, Chappaqua, Pound Ridge, Purchase and Greenwich, CT. My business and employees are licensed, and fully insured.
I am very involved with every step of your project to make sure it is running smoothly. The professional painters and carpenters on my team are very talented, and knowledgeable in their craft; they truly love what they do.
Entrusting my employees does not mean that I will remove myself from the project, or be unavailable to you at any time. I am always available, caring for each project so you don’t have to. I understand that you have much more important things to take care of than watching my painting and carpentry crew. I take that worry from you.
Unhappy Clients Don’t Provide Referrals
I’m not in the business of making sales for quick painting or carpentry gigs, never to be heard of again. I’m in the business of building lasting relationships with homeowners who intend to maintain their impeccably painted homes over a long period of time.
Most of my work is repeat business and referrals, and unhappy clients don’t provide referrals. Many of my clients rely on my services every year or two; some for complete repainting, others for touchups, cleaning, and maintenance. The complete happiness of each client is my goal.
